Julie and Stuart and a wedding at the Yoghurt rooms, equals a match made in heaven!

The Yoghurt rooms is such a fabulous venue. Situated in East Grinstead, Sussex, the venue is perfect for both traditional and alternative couples, who want to make use of the complete blank canvas that the Yoghurt rooms is. Set in 300 acres of land with a gorgeous oak framed rustic barn at the centre of attention. With fields a plenty, all with far reaching views and character around every corner. With honeymoon yurts, and other onsite stylish  accommodation the Yoghurt rooms has it all.

I absolutely adored these guys approach to their wedding day, with no fuss, no frills, just a super laid back chilled out affair, they even got ready together with no care for the old tradition of not seeing the each other before the ceremony, which was really quite refreshing.

With grand entrances made by both the groom and best man and the bride and her father, the ceremony was gorgeous. The lighting in the barn just stunning! Julie and Stuart are both keen field archers, so their archer friends following the ceremony lined up creating an arch from their bows for Julie and Stuart to walk through with confetti finish.

With so many areas of interest around the Yoghurt rooms we were spoilt for areas to pick for some bride and groom portraits, but of course we had to make the walk through the bluebell wood to the fantastic honeymoon yurt where Julie and Stuart would be spending the first night of married life!

In keeping with the chilled out vibe the food served for the wedding breakfast was an absolutely scrumptious brazillian BBQ catered by the fabulous Barbeskews, probably the best bbq I have ever eaten!

With the evening in full swing and guest chilling out around the various locations, soaking up the last of the evening sun, eating Ice cream from the gorgeous team at Pinks vintage, Julie and Stuarts close friends had set up some field archery in the camping field which was great fun and great to capture.

An absolute corker of a wedding, with a  super lovely couple, and amazing welcoming guests that made me feel more like a friend then a supplier. You know it’s been a great wedding, when after 10 hours shooting you still don’t want to leave
