Megan and Tom's Grittenham Barn wedding
Meg and Tom held their wedding on a gorgeous sunny September Saturday at Grittenham Barn near Petworth in Sussex.
I started my day early with Meg and her girls at her parents house in Horsham where she was getting ready. With the super talented and gorgeous Becky from Beckies bridal hair doing a fabulous job on all the girls hair.
With it being Goodwood revival weekend we set of for Grittenham Barn super early, which was actually great as it gave me plenty of time to wander around this gorgeous venue capturing lots of scene setting shots. Something I think is always great in telling the story of the day.
The ceremony was gorgeous, with 2 readings and personal vows. Meg and Tom then led their guests out from the barn for a drinks and canapé reception.
With the sun shining so bright with not a cloud in the sky I kept the bride and groom shots short, agreeing that we should head out again during the golden sun hour after the wedding breakfast, which I am so glad we did as the light in the fields at the back of the venue were just stunning.
